Senzii is not HIPAA or SOC 2 certified. We do not store PHI (protected health information) or PCI (payment card information). Senzii handles scheduling data — staff names, availability, certifications, and shift assignments — which is PII (personally identifiable information). All PII is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our database provider (Neon) holds SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance certifications. If your organization requires PHI handling, use HIPAA-compliant channels for that data and keep Senzii on scheduling only.
Yes. If you cancel during your free trial, you will never be billed. If you cancel during a billing period, your subscription runs through the end of that period and you won't be charged again. Billing periods start on the date of your first payment and end the next month on that day number. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Senzii creates a schedule draft — you confirm it before anything goes live. From the admin dashboard, you can notify all assigned staff with one click. If you connect an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT, you can also ask it to send notifications for you.
Senzii's staff and client portals are mobile-first web apps — they work in any browser on any phone, no download required. Admins get a full dashboard in the browser as well. No separate app to install or update.
